This policy describes the information we process for WONDRx website and WONDRx Application for Healthcare providers, Doctors, Users (Patients) and other products and features offered by the company.

By using any of the WONDRx website, application or any other platform by WONDRx, you agree to The Company’s terms and conditions of usage and its privacy policy applies to you. The Privacy policy applies to any of the services provided on the Website and Application or any other platform under the brand name WONDRx. WONDRx brand and it’s relevant IP is owned by VVP Healthcare Evolution Pvt Ltd.

We firmly believe that our users should know the data we collect from them, the purposes for which such data is used, and that the users should have the ability to make informed decisions about what data they want to share with us. .

Contact information: We may collect your name, email, mobile number, phone number, street, city, state, pin-code, country, payment modes, medical prescription, medical/health records, IP address, and transactions done on WONDRx App/Website.

Payment and billing information: We may collect your billing name, billing address, and payment method when you make a transaction on the App/Website of WONDRx. We NEVER collect your credit card number (unless you choose to save it with us) or credit card expiry date or other details pertaining to your credit card on our App/Website. Credit card information will be obtained and processed by our online payment partner.

Information you post: We collect information you post in a public space on our website or on a third-party social media site belonging to WONDRx.

Demographic information: We may collect demographic information about you, healthcare providers you like, events you intend to participate in, coupons you buy, or any other information provided by you during the use of our App/Website. We might collect this as a part of a survey also.

We may look at what website you came from, the duration of time spent on our website, pages accessed, or what website you visit when you leave us. It may take about ten days to process your request. Even if you opt out of getting marketing messages, we will still be sending you transactional messages through whatsapp, email and SMS about your purchases, reminders, dosages etc.

Right of Access: You have a right to access the personal data you have provided by requesting us to provide you with the same. Send an email to support@wondrx.com

In addition to the purposes set out in the Policy, we may disclose any data we collected or processed from you if it is required:
